Overturned tractor-trailer slows traffic on I-95 in Delco

LOWER CHICHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- An overturned tractor-trailer caused some problems for commuters on I-95 early Tuesday.

The crash happened before 3:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes near the Delaware State line in Lower Chichester.

The truck rolled over and ended up in a wooded area.

Police say the center lanes and right lanes were blocked for some time.

All southbound lanes were back open by 6 a.m.
