School bus driver hurt in Cherry Hill crash

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- A school bus driver is hospitalized after a crash in Cherry Hill.

It happened at 7 a.m. Monday on Haddonfield-Berlin Road at Browning Lane.

Video from Chopper 6 HD showed a school bus which struck a utility pole.

Action News is told no children were on the bus at the time of the crash.

The driver was taken to an area hospital. There was no immediate word on that person's condition.

Police were working to determine what caused the driver to lose control.

Motorists were being advised to avoid the area.
