Tanker truck overturns on I-95, causes traffic jam

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An overturned tanker truck caused major delays on I-95 during the morning rush.

It happened around 3 a.m. Monday on the northbound lanes near Broad Street in South Philadelphia.

Traffic was backed up as crews worked to upright the truck.

Only one lane was getting by for hours.
