NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Crews have cleared the scene of a crash involving two tractor trailers led to a diesel fuel spill on Interstate 95 in Northeast Philadelphia.
It happened in the southbound lanes approaching Cottman Avenue around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.
One of the trucks jack-knifed.
Officials said some 60 gallons of fuel spilled.
There was no immediate word on a cause of this crash.
