Van fire partially blocks I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A van fire blocked part of I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia on Wednesday afternoon.

The fire happened just before 3 p.m. near Cottman Avenue.

At one point all southbound lanes were shut down, but traffic was allowed to get by in one lane a short time later.

There was no word on any injuries or how the fire started.
