AccuWeather: Clouds win, few shower & downpours

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Tracking some downpours this evening, then more clouds and cool temps for Sunday.

TONIGHT: Cloudy with a round of downpours, even a rumble, between 9pm and midnight. Lows in the 50s.

SUNDAY: Crazy temps depending on where you live. In the morning, 50s for the Lehigh Valley, near 60 in the city, 70 southeast of the city. In the afternoon we all fall to the 50s with a wind shift to the north. Clouds will win with a few showers rolling through. Heaviest rain arrives after sunset. Rather breezy with winds 10-20 mph.

MONDAY: Rain will linger through the morning and even after lunch east of the city. Clouds will hold strong much of the afternoon. Highs in the low 50s.

TUESDAY: Even cooler with sun giving way to clouds due to the cool unstable air, high 48. Nighttime lows will fall below freezing in most areas.

WEDNESDAY: A chilly day with lots of sunshine, high 50.

THURSDAY: Increasing clouds and not as cool, high 56.

FRIDAY: Rain possible, high 59.
