AccuWeather: Bitter winds Thursday, then tracking snow showers Saturday in the Philadelphia region
Brutal winter winds continue Thursday before we track snow showers to kick off the weekend.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Winds relax tomorrow and some flurries and snow showers move in early Saturday.

THURSDAY: A very cold morning with wind chills in the single digits. It's partly sunny and still windy with 45-50mph gusts possible, high 34. The wind will make it feel like it's in the teens to near 20 degrees.

FRIDAY: Winds finally taper down with sunshine early and high clouds moving in by the afternoon, high 37.

SATURDAY: Morning snow showers exit before lunchtime. Most areas only get a coating to an inch. If you're closer to the coast you could see an inch to perhaps 2" of snow. As the snow showers exit it's just a cloudy afternoon, high 36.

SUNDAY: Sunshine returns, but it's still chilly, high 40.

MONDAY: Partly sunny and more seasonable, high 41.

TUESDAY: Temperatures take another dip with intervals of clouds and sun, high 34.

WEDNESDAY: Partly sunny, windy and cold, high 30.
