AccuWeather: Warming up for the weekend for the Philadelphia region

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- We're warming up again this weekend.

THURSDAY: After three days in the 60s, temperatures are cooler today but still near average for mid-March. We have some occasional breaks of sun with more overcast skies at the shore, high 54.

FRIDAY: Morning clouds break for some afternoon sun, high 60.

SATURDAY: Clouds, limited sun. It's a very mild day, high 68.

SUNDAY: Another mild day with lots of clouds as a cold front approaches, high 69. It turns windy with 40-50mph gusts possible. Rain develops later in the day with the potential for a few thunderstorms by the evening.

MONDAY (ST. PATRICK'S DAY): Showers taper off early. It's breezy with clouds and some sun, high 59.

TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and nice, high 62.

WEDNESDAY: Clouds, some sun and very mild, high 69.
