Winds may be to blame for Torresdale collapse

TORRESDALE (WPVI) -- Investigators are looking into whether gusty winds on Monday contributed to a house collapse in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia.

The home, which is under construction, came crashing down on State Road near Linden Street.

The home next door was also damaged.

No one living in that home was injured.
