It was not clear if the suspect had any connection to the home.

The barricade was declared just before 10 p.m.

After a three hour stand off, the man surrendered to police at around 1 a.m.

Police say they recovered a gun inside the home that they believe was used in the earlier double shooting.

This is an on-going investigation.
