PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say two suspects have been arrested and two others are still being sought in connection with the fatal beating of a man outside iconic Pat's King of Steaks.

On Monday, police announced the arrests of 32-year-old Omar Arce and 33-year-old Jose Alberto Flores-Huerta, who are both facing murder charges for the death of 28-year-old Isidro Cortes of Queens, New York on September 16 in South Philadelphia.

Osvaldo "Willie" Pedraza, 34, and Victor Pedraza, 32, are still being sought at this time.

"There have been a lot of tips called in, the public has been exceptionally responsive in giving information," said Philadelphia Asst. District Attorney Chesley Lightsey.

According to police, the victims were apparently at the Philadelphia Union soccer game in Chester, Pennsylvania on Wednesday night, where the Union lost to Mexico City's Club America.

After the game, police say they went to Pat's where Cortez, his father and his friend got into an argument with four males wearing yellow soccer jerseys with Club America written across the shirt. That argument escalated into a fight.

Word of the case developments made their way to Cortes' family in New York, who we spoke with by phone.

His cousin and uncle spoke to Action News reporter George Solis, who translated their conversation.

"It's unjust and inhuman what they did. They have to pay," said his uncle Alfredo Tepale.

"They took my cousin's life in the most inhuman way, and these people just need, they need to get caught," added his cousin Tania Tepale.

Teplale said as the family awaits justice they are in the midst of preparing for Isidro's funeral this week.

She wants those who didn't know him to remember him as career-driven man with a lot of love for family.

She shared photos with Action News of their graduation, birthdays, and most recently his parents' wedding.

"He had so much to look forward to, he was going to school, he was working as an accountant. He loved soccer, which was the reason he was out there," Tepale said.

A reward for information still stands at $20,000.

Thirty-six-year-old Paul Burkert of Doral Drive in Reading, Pa. was charged with murder in the case. The shooter's lawyer claims it was in self-defense, but the victim's family says otherwise.
