It shows a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and mask with a striped garment around his waist.
From another angle, you can see the suspect running with a handgun.
Police say he shot a man multiple times at a barbershop on the 5900 block of Germantown Avenue in the middle of the afternoon.

The 35-year-old victim died.
The outfit worn by the shooter, specifically the waist covering, is Muslim garb.
"It tarnishes the image of the Muslim community," said Imam Hassan Abdi.
Abdi is the faith leader of the Germantown Masjid.
"If it was a disguise, it was a despicable behavior because it brings unnecessary attention to the Muslim community," said Abdi. "If it wasn't a disguise, it's even more despicable because not only was it the blessed month, Ramadan, the person committed one of the gravest crimes in Islam, which is murder."
Police also released video of the car he was driving. It's a silver Pontiac Bonneville.
There is a $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
