3 charged after road rage incident near Bucks County elementary school

WARWICK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPVI) -- Three people are facing charges following a road rage incident that came dangerously close to Jamison Elementary School in Bucks County on Monday.

The incident involved a car and two motorcycles on York Road in Warwick Township. Police say 18-year-old Aiden Ertwine, of Warrington, intentionally damaged the mirror of a car, prompting a pursuit involving the vehicle and another motorcycle driven by a juvenile without a valid license.

Around 4:30 p.m., police say the juvenile motorcyclist was spotted driving onto the property of Jamison Elementary School, near a playground where children were present. Staff members quickly intervened, preventing the rider from entering the play area.

No injuries were reported.



Ertwine was charged with criminal mischief and accidents involving damage to attended vehicle/property.

The car's owner, identified only as a man from Willow Grove, is facing charges of careless driving.

The juvenile motorcyclist is facing multiple offenses, including trespass by motor vehicle and operating an unregistered vehicle.
