The U.S. Marshals took Amir Earley into custody on Thursday after he tried to flee.
Earley and two other people are accused of killing Qidere Johnson, the rapper known as LGP QUA.
The shooting happened at M and Luzerne Streets on Mother's Day in Juniata Park.
Police say the motive was robbery.
