Investigators are searching for 34-year-old Miguel Aguilar. He's believed to be driving a white Chevy Express Cargo van with Pennsylvania Tags: ZRR4023.
Police say the van has a roof rack and has a cross decal and missing paint in the driver's side rear door.
Ivelisse Lugo, 53, was reported missing by her daughter on Saturday. Her body was found Sunday. Police say she suffered a stab wound to her back.
Neighbors tell Action News that Lugo's daughters were going door-to-door over the weekend searching for information about their mother.
"I pray for the family and I hope and pray they do catch whoever did this to this young lady. I never want to see anybody get killed this way," said Tracy Coleman of Lawncrest.
Outside of the home where Lugo's body was found sits a mop bucket and handles but no mop heads. Officials have reason to believe whoever did this may have tried to cover up the crime.
Police have not revealed the relationship between Aguilar and the victim.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
Anyone with information on the case is urged to contact the Northeast Detective Division at 215-686-3153 or call 911.
