Officials in Camden, New Jersey, are hoping to get ahead of any potential flooding by taking preventative measures ahead of Tuesday's expected downpours.
Parts of South Jersey experienced flash flooding on Monday, stalling cars and stranding drivers.

The city said it has jetted its sewers, and public works cleared stormwater inlets.
The fire department has high-water rescue trucks and additional resources at the ready.
If needed, the city is also prepared to open its Emergency Operations Center.
