PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The owner of a cafe in Center City, who says she faced racial discrimination and unfair complaints, is closing.
Action News first told you about the controversy surrounding Chubby Chicks in February.
Since then, the owner, Shakeira Turner, says she has been harassed and is facing fines in connection with her Walnut Street restaurant.
She is set to close at the end of August and said she is considering opening up another location in Atlanta.
