CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A driver is now facing charges nearly six months after a deadly crash involving a motorcycle.
Police arrested Thomas Hibbert in connection with the crash on July 11 at West 21st and Wetherill streets in Chester.
Authorities say Hibbert made a left turn, cutting off Jack Wilson, causing him to crash into the back of a tow truck. He was later pronounced dead.
Hibbert is charged with DUI and driving with a suspended license.
