Rashaad Oliver, 18, of Pottstown, has been arrested in connection with the case, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and Norristown Police announced on Thursday.
The shooting happened around 5 p.m. on August 1, at a home on East Chestnut Street.
Officials accuse Oliver of shooting a 17-year-old girl, as well as a 19-year-old and a 25-year-old man.
All three victims were transported to area trauma centers for treatment.
Through the investigation, officials say detectives recovered video, including cellphone and surveillance footage, that helped lead them to Oliver's arrest.
Officials say the videos show Oliver and another man, identified as Zion Kennedy of Norristown, approach the home and get into a fight with a man standing outside the residence.
Oliver allegedly punched the man, who then punched Oliver back, breaking his front teeth, according to officials.
Oliver then allegedly fired three shots, hitting the victims, including two who were inside the home at the time.
Oliver and Kennedy were arrested by the New Jersey State Police in Atlantic City on unrelated charges on Aug. 4, and extradited back to Montgomery County.
Oliver was then charged on Wednesday with three counts of Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License and other charges.
His bail was set at $1,000,077 cash and is being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled Aug. 26.
