Police responding to triple shooting in Norristown

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police responded to a shooting in Norristown around 5 p.m. Saturday.

Officers responded to the 100 block of East Chestnut Street for a shooting investigation.

Three people were shot and taken to a hospital for treatment.

Police haven't released information about the identity or conditions of the victims.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
