PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have arrested a suspect in the deadly shooting of a woman outside of a North Philadelphia church.
Investigators have arrested 37-year-old Shaheed Kilber and charged him with the murder of 29-year-old Nkechi Sprowal.
Sprowal was shot and killed at 20th Street and Lehigh Avenue in the early morning hours of July 18.
She was discovered outside Deliverance Evangelistic Church, with gunshot wounds to the face and head.
