Robert McGuire of Willingboro, New Jersey is charged with possession of child sexual assault material and invasion of privacy.
He was a manager at the Time After Time watch repair shop in the mall.
Police say several employees discovered a device with a camera in it inside the employee bathroom of the store.
Two of the employees reported this to their parents, then Moorestown police on Nov. 26.
Earlier that day, one of the juveniles said she noticed a power bank device with a blue flashing light on top of the toilet tank. She examined the device and saw what looked like a camera with an SD card slot.
She took a video of it and sent it to two other co-workers. Police say the employees told them manager Robert McGuire then entered the bathroom and left to take the store's trash out.
He was gone for 20 minutes, which police say would've been long enough to drop the device in his car.
On December 17, police say a search warrant was executed at McGuire's home in Willingboro. Detectives say they found the power bank and an SD card in McGuire's bedroom.
Police say two juveniles were recorded using the bathroom at the store.
A spokesperson from Time After Time's corporate office said McGuire was let go on December 2, as soon as the company heard about the allegations.
The company says it is fully cooperating with Moorestown police.
