One recording device was discovered by Fallon Conway around 11 a.m. Thursday. It was hidden behind a trash can in a family bathroom on East 6th Street.
The homeowner said he was watering the hedges after dark when he noticed a green light. Sure enough, it was a camera disguised with fake grass facing his house.
Based on the evidence, police believe four victims were captured in secret, totaling six separate bathroom recordings.
Police say in Daniel Zhang's phone were 50 videos of numerous victims. They were reportedly recorded between May and September 2024.
