Skyler Moore, 20, of Clementon, told Action News that he hid the phone in the faculty bathroom during the summer while working at the school as a custodian.
Police say Harold Perkins was caught on video arriving in the area around 11 a.m. and placing a camera at the 6th Street bathroom.
