PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- While it's scorching hot in Philadelphia, Christmas is still on some people's minds.

Philadelphia officials shared an exciting announcement on Friday about a holiday tradition in the city.

The iconic light show, Dickens Village and the organ will return to the Wannamaker building in Center City.

The Philadelphia Visitor Center made the announcement during a "Christmas in July" event.

This, of course, comes after the Macy's closed earlier this year, bringing uncertainty about the future of the holiday tradition.

Officials are also launching a campaign to "Save the Light Show," with the goal of raising $350,000 to save the holiday tradition.
