Officials say it began around 11:02 p.m. on Monday and continues into Tuesday afternoon.
Chopper 6 was over the scene, where police could be seen around an RV in the parking lot.

Police have been heard trying to encourage the man to come out but to no avail.
Action News has seen robots being utilized on the ground. At one point, Action News saw authorities fly a small drone inside the RV through the window.
The name of the man inside has not been released and we also don't know much about what led up to all this.
Residents are being asked to avoid the area until further notice.
No other details have been provided at this time.
The New Jersey State Police and the Burlington County Prosecutors Office are assisting at the scene.
