South Philadelphia man sentenced for selling $200K worth of fake Jason Kelce-signed memorabilia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A South Philadelphia man who tried to sell more than $200,000 worth of fake Jason Kelce-signed memorabilia will not have to serve any jail time.

A judge sentenced Robert Capone to probation, 100 hours of community service, and ordered him to pay restitution to those he had defrauded.

As part of the scheme, prosecutors say Capone deceived a worker at Beckett Authentication Services.



He falsely told her the autographs by the former Eagles center were legitimate.
