Zakah Johnson was taken into custody by Philadelphia on Thursday on unrelated charges.
In addition, he has now been charged with murder and other offenses.

MD Mahfuzal Haque, 43, was found shot in the back of the head on the 1000 block of South Ithan Street on July 7.
A DoorDash bag was found next to his body.
Johnson is being charged as an adult.
