Action News learned that several thieves broke into a lock box where the car keys were stored and got away with at least seven vehicles, mostly Audis.
We also learned that the garage houses rental cars, which all have trackers in them.
So far, Philadelphia police have recovered three white Audi SUVs in the city's Summerdale section.
Action News was there along the 900 block of Sanger Street when police located one of the vehicles Sunday night.
They also located two other vehicles in a nearby alley off of Trotter Street.
The cars are delivered by a third-party company called Kyte, which delivers and picks up rental cars for customers. Whoever stole the vehicles appeared to know quite a bit about the process of how the vehicles were stored in the garage.
Some people who park their cars here say they are surprised.
"I've thought about the possibility of, like my car may not be here when I get back, and that would be worrisome," said Giann Gorospe of New Jersey.
