Husband released to cheers after allegedly killing wife's would-be rapist
He was arrested for killing a would-be rapist who attacked his wife inside their Bronx home, but Tuesday night 61-year-old Mamadou Diallo is a free man released on his own recognizance after appearing in Bronx Criminal Court.
