GRAYS FERRY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a triple shooting that left one man dead and two others injured in Grays Ferry.

It happened on the 1500 block of South Stanley Street around 8:30 a.m.

Police said 18-year-old Rodney Copeland, Jr. was shot in the chest. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he later died.

Two other men were also shot.

A 21-year-old was taken to the hospital in stable condition. A 20-year-old was treated and released.

At this time, it's unclear what sparked the shooting, but homicide detectives are investigating.

No arrests have been made.

Police are also investigating another triple shooting that left one person dead in Strawberry Mansion.
