The Puerto Rican Day Parade took over the Ben Franklin Parkway Sunday.

And while everyone in attendance was well aware of the devastation and the suffering in Puerto Rico, the celebration of Puerto Rican culture seemed to serve as a needed respite for many with loved ones on the island.
