Four wounded in drive-by shooting: Jeannette Reyes reports during Action News at 5:30 a.m. on September 14, 2017.

A fourth victim, also in his 30s, was shot in his chest.

He was rushed to Temple University Hospital and underwent surgery. There was no immediate word on his condition.

Back at the scene, police collected as much evidence as they could.

"There's nothing at least in the background of two of the victims that suggest that anyone would want to harm them in that way," said Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross. "Obviously we have some work to do. But to be that brazen and just open fire like that on a corner...."

The area is surrounded by businesses, so detectives were working to obtain surveillance video that may have recorded the shooting.

Police are working to determine what motivated the gunfire, and they are especially concerned that the shooters remain on the loose.
