Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a man they say hit and killed a man with his car, and then attempted to destroy the evidence.

Police say 29-year-old Julius Crabbe was involved in a deadly hit-and-run on July 22nd on the Schuylkill Expressway in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park.

They say Crabbe fled the scene and conspired with the owner of the vehicle he was driving to set it on fire to destroy evidence.
