VIDEO: Falling gas prices
Gas prices are dropping fast and likely to be much lower by Halloween

Drivers in the Philadelphia five county region are paying $3.43 a gallon, which is also the national average.

In Delaware they are paying $3.27, and the cheapest spot is in South Jersey at $3.16.

Happy dances at the filling station - that's what we found today as we toured gas stations around town as motorists saw the lowest gas prices of the year.

Why all the happiness and good news?

Gas prices are dropping fast and likely to go much lower by Halloween.

The end of the summer driving season is over and big oil has started to switch over to the production of winter fuel.

This price reduction actually takes place almost every autumn, but this feels good to folks from all walks of life.
