Workers at Richard Branson's Virgin Group might have the best workplace policy, ever.
It's unlimited vacation time - no questions asked.
Branson has instituted what he calls the "non policy" at Virgin's offices in the United States and United Kingdom.
It works under the assumption that people will only take breaks when they feel comfortable that it won't hurt the business - or their own careers.
Virgin isn't the first company to try unlimited vacation.
Other companies who have done so have apparently seen a spike in productivity, creativity, and morale.
