WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Preparations for a Thanksgiving feast are well under way in Wilmington.

On Monday, 4th graders from the Tatnall School baked bread from scratch.

A homemade meal is part of a tradition at the school.

Each grade has a specific role to fill: 1st graders harvest the apples, 2nd graders make the butter, 3rd graders make the applesauce and 4th graders make the bread.

The best part is the students get to enjoy their feast on Wednesday.
