Old City adds some history

Philadelphia's newest museum is now open in Old City. The Museum of the American Revolution features more than 500 original artifacts and tells the story of how the United States became an independent nation. Your admission ticket covers two days of exploration.

Cira Green makes its debut

Raise a glass at Philly's first elevated park! The Beer Garden at Cira Green debuts Friday and continues every Friday night through June 23rd.

Science guys and gals

The Philadelphia Science Festival kicks off Friday. The nine-day festival features hands-on events for kids and sophisticated activities for adults at various locations throughout the area.

Brace for "Hedwig and the Angry Inch"

"Hedwig and the Angry Inch" is now playing at the Forrest Theatre. The story follows the life of Hedwig, a rock singer from East Germany, and the obstacles she has faced trying to make it in show business. The rock musical contains adult content; performances run through Sunday.

Phillies take the diamond

The Phillies host the Atlanta Braves for a weekend series. As a bonus, fans can celebrate the Phanatic's birthday at the game on Sunday!

Come out and cheer on the Union
