Original photo from Sophia's father.
I took some liberties with the color, and background, PM me if you would like the psd, or want any changes.
not photoshop, but a small sketch.
Here's a start and slight color correction.
Here's my late to the game edit with soft white. u/tacothecat did a great edit and I started with it.
I'd love to do a drawing or painting of your daughter if you're interested. I'll mail you the physical piece as well.
I'm so sorry about your loss, she was beautiful.
My attempt at changing the left eye of akarya's version of tacothecat's pic
This is so far down, I doubt you'll get to see it, but I tried.
This is super late but I really wanted to help out too. Here's my attempt. I hope I didn't overdo it on the color correction.
hope this helps you with your loss. Much love and peace.
I'm very sorry... My son is 9 months old and I couldn't sleep without at least trying.
I took a go. Hope you like it.
Sorry for your loss. I'm terrible at colour, so I did what I could with black and white.

Following the loss of his infant daughter, Sophia, a mourning father took to Reddit to ask the community for a single, heartbreaking request:

"Photoshop Request: My daughter recently passed away after a long battle in the children's hospital. Since she was in the hospital her whole life we never were able to get a photo without all her tubes. Can someone remove the tubes from this photo?"

The community response was overwhelmingly supportive, and many talented artists volunteered to give this father the beautiful portrait of Sophia he never had the chance to take. Photos below.
