VIDEO: NFL player gives daughter pre-surgery pep talk
It was a big pep talk from a dad whose daughter who had surgery at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to remove a cancerous tumor.

It was a big pep talk from a dad whose daughter who had surgery at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to remove a cancerous tumor.

The video features Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still and his 4-year-old daughter, Leah.

Still is a Camden native who went to high school in Wilmington and is a Penn State grad.

Little Leah is battling a form of childhood cancer called neuroblastoma.

Still has been posting Instagram pictures of how he's been keeping her spirits high by going to the movies and picking pumpkins at Linvilla Orchards in Middletown, Delaware County.

Earlier Thursday, he posted his "pre-surgery pep talk" with the caption, "I might be nervous and scared beyond words but I'll never let her see it...let's get this done!"

On Thursday evening, Still posted a picture of his daughter resting after the 5-and-a-half hour surgery.

Leah has undergone several rounds of chemo and in order to maintain her health insurance.

The Bengals signed Still to its practice squad after releasing him to care for her.
