Fire destroys a home in Tioga-Nicetown: Officials

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia firefighters battled a house fire in the city's Tioga-Nicetown section late Friday night.

The blaze broke out inside of a rooming house on the 3300 block of North 22nd Street.

No one was injured.

Residents were not allowed back inside due to extensive damage.

Firefighters are working to figure out what sparked the blaze.
