Baby, once deaf, hears mom's voice for first time

A little Minnesota baby is experiencing the joy of hearing, and his mother is sharing that joy with the world.

Ahavah Cook posted this video when her son Elijah first heard her voice thanks to tiny, but powerful hearing aids.

Elijah was born with profound deafness in both ears.

But, at 9 weeks of age, technicians were able to fit him with hearing aids.

Immediately, he began responding to mom's voice.

Since then he's also been vocalizing, finding his own voice.
