BROOMALL, Pa. (WPVI) -- This weekend's FYI Philly is going to get you into shape.

Steve Saunders is the Owner of Power Train Sports.

"I've worked with pro athletes in football, hockey, baseball, high school kid, housewife, Hollywood actors, it's just a fun place to work out," said Saunders.

He has been training all level of athletes for 16 years and they all get the same personal touch.

"We have three clients max per trainer, but they all have individualized programs," said Saunders.

Former Philadelphia Eagle and current Indianapolis Colt Todd Herremans has been an NFL player for 10 seasons and he credits Power Train with keeping him fresh.

Herremans says, "I think you're really pushing yourself to the limit each time you step through the door here."

And the individual attention intensifies the workout.

"We don't have a secret room where the pro athletes work out. So it's just everybody in the gym working together, accomplish goals, and it's just a great atmosphere," said Saunders.
