VIDEO: Hospital creates pope chocolate bar
They reached out to Jacques Dahan of Michel Cluizal to create a celebratory chocolate for staff.

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A pop-up pope has been making the rounds at Our Lady of Lourdes, with staff posing for pictures, as the countdown to the Papal visit continues.

"Being a Catholic organization, we want to celebrate this," says Mark Nessel, the Chief Operating Officer of Lourdes Health.

Nessel says the pope's visit coincides with the 65th anniversary of the health system, which has three campuses.

So while they're working on plans to make sure the hospital is fully-staffed, they're also working on some other plans.

"Carol Lynn contacted me and wanted something very special," says Jacques Dahan.

Dahan, of Chocolat Michel Cluizal, in West Berlin, N.J., says he was asked to create a celebratory chocolate for staff.

I got a sneak peek.

"For this time we decided instead of printing on the label, we'll print directly on the chocolate," Dahan says.

Using all edible ingredients, he is making a dark chocolate bar with flavored rice puffs on back, and the hospital logo and Pope Francis on the front.

And the treats don't stop there.

After learning Pope Francis likes shortbread milkshakes, Tony DiCarlo, executive chef for Lourdes Health System, got to work on the recipe.

"We wanted to do something special in celebration of the Papal visit," says DiCarlo.

They'll be serving the pope-inspired milkshakes in the cafeteria during the World Meeting of Families.

The Lourdes system will also be having a pope party.

On the logistics side, Lourdes is also reaching out to local hotels to give information to visitors who may need medical care.

In addition to its hospitals, Lourdes also has urgent care centers.

By the way, as the health reporter I should say I did practice moderation with those treats.

I didn't eat the entire chocolate bar.
