So many people decide they're just going to give-in during December and vow to be healthy starting in January.

But experts say it's smarter to try to maintain your fitness.

Plus, exercise helps relieve the stress of the season.

Even if you can't fit it all, any type of exercise is better than no exercise.

Healthy adults should aim for about 10,000 steps per day or 30 to 60 minutes of activity.

A good way to find motivation is to invite friends to join you.
