PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A new study shows just how badly some areas of Philadelphia lack health care.
A team at Penn mapped primary care providers in the city, and found six pockets with the least access.
In some areas, there are 3,000 adults for every doctor or nurse practitioner.
In other areas, it's just 300 per doctor.
This first-time ever study will be used by the city health department for planning.
