PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- According to a new report, young athletes may be more at risk for getting too much water than becoming dehydrated.
The authors say athletes are urged to drink up, for fear they will become even a little dehydrated.
But they cited 3 deaths in recent years from students downing gallons of fluids.
And the condition, called hyponatremia, is being reported in more and more activities - from bikram yoga to team sports.
