SEA ISLE CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Two brothers managed to snag a toothy catch on the Jersey Shore Monday.

Owen and Ryan Harvey caught two brown sharks at the 73rd Street Beach in Sea Isle City, each at least two feet long.

The brothers told Action News they've noticed dolphins following fish closer to shore, which is in turn bringing those sharks within fishing distance.

"They usually take about five to ten minutes. They put up a good fight. You let them run, give them some line, then throw back on them," Owen said.

The pair caught two sharks in a matter of two hours.

They say they got the idea after seeing other people nab sharks with fishing rods on nearby beaches.
