Man shot and killed in Northeast Philadelphia

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Northeast Philadelphia.

It happened at 5:45 a.m. Monday on East Wingohocking Street and Adams Avenue.

Police say a man was shot in the face and died a short time later.

No arrests have been made.
