Man's body found in Schuylkill river

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Officers were called to Market Street and Schuylkill Avenue after a pedestrian spotted a body in the river.

Chopper 6 was over the scene Monday morning.

Officials say the body of a 50-year-old man was recovered under the bridge area and transported to the Medical Examiner's office.
