DREXEL HILL, Pa. (WPVI) -- The owner of Chickie's and Pete's is offering a $5,000 reward to help find two armed robbers who terrorized employees of the restaurant in Drexel Hill, Delaware County.

Surveillance video shows the bandits enter the store just before opening on Sunday morning.

They ordered the manager and three employees into the freezer.

One of the robbers was wearing a Chickie's and Pete's shirt.

This morning Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says he believes it was an inside job.

"These guys are nasty guys, ya know. I explained, these guys are true urban terrorists. And these people are very, very lucky that nobody got hurt," Chitwood said.

He went on to explain a third man was waiting in a silver or white getaway vehicle outside the restaurant.

The robbers got away with $16,000 and the manager's wedding rings and purse.
